(collectively described also as „Mental Home“, „we“, „our“ or „us“) may collect in connection with your use of our games provided on mobile platforms (for example, iOS and Android), our website and related services (collectively called „Services“), what we do with your personal data and your choices.

By downloading, accessing and playing our games, or interacting with our website or other Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not access and/or use the Services.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version online. If we make any material changes, we will post notes in our Services prior to becoming effective. What data do we collect and why?

Personal Data you provide to us

We may collect personal data that identifies you as an individual only if you submit those data to us (for example by registering for newsletters, filling out forms on our website or sending emails to us). We may use this data to answer your questions and comments, to provide support and to inform you about our games and services. We don’t share your personal data with any third party.

Data collected by downloading and playing our games

Our games are built using with Unity® which access to some technical information about the player’s device in order to work properly. The collected technical data is sent to Unity® and we have no control over how Unity® uses this information. You can request Unity®’s data and opt-out of your personal data collection, through the „Privacy Page“ in the Options Menu in our games and follow the proceedure.

Gameplay Data

In order to improve the game and provide better experiences to our players, we store the game progress, purchase or subscription data with the players name. If you use your real name you do it at own risk. Furthermore we use Unity® Analytics, to collect information, how players interact with our games. This data is stored within Unity® Analytics. It is important to us, that you know, that the data we receive from Unity® Analytics is completely anonymous and does not allow us to identify you personally.

Highscore Tables

In our games we may offer you a public visible highscore table, where you can publish your results. In this tables only the name, the player provided himself and his highscore and level is stored. So if you wish to be anonymous, choose a name that can not be linked back to you in person.

Apple GameCenter and Google Play Services

If you link our games to a social account (like Apple GameCenter or Google Play Game Services), we may store your public visible username as well as your player id, those services provide to us. For switching to a new device and transfer of the player account an upright and active login on these services is mandatory.

Data collected by visiting our website

Newsletter

If you subscribe to a newsletter on our website, we store your e-mail adress, so that we can send you the newsletter regularly.

Please note, that we use the “double opt-in procedure” for sending the newsletter, i.e. we will only send you the newsletter if you confirm your registration beforehand via a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose via a link contained in it. This is to ensure that, as the owner of the e-mail address provided, only you can subscribe to the newsletter.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms and Cookies
